What mode is the RAXE working in? Router or AP mode?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

The router is working in router mode.
The modem is a Nighthawk CM2050V (self purchased and configured remotely via my ISP (Infinity)).

what is the wifi network name (SSID) you're seeing with the 10.0 /16 subnet IP address?
maybe you've inadvertently connected to a nearby Xfinity hotspot?

Well theres no router in the CM series of modems so different subnet would not be coming from that.
Can you show us a picture of what your seeing on the RAXEs web page for connected devices? Redact any MAC addresses before posting.
