RAXE500 blocking netflix youtube
Had it connected for 8 months with no issues. Now can't access Netflix, YouTube from Xbox, iPhone, or Android. Not sure what to do.
Did anything change on the router? If not, doubtful it's a router issue.
Does Netflix work on a different device or can you access Netflix web page on a PC?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Might contact Netflix or MS.
- Nothing has changed. Netflix and YouTube work fine on my Verizon cell data devices, but try to use wifi and Nothing. Happens on Android phones, iPhone, Xbox ps5. I'll try the reset. Thanks
Any Armor or Parental Controls enabled?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Let us know how the reset goes.
