RAXE500 blocking netflix youtube

Had it connected for 8 months with no issues. Now can't access Netflix, YouTube from Xbox, iPhone, or Android. Not sure what to do.

Nothing has changed. Netflix and YouTube work fine on my Verizon cell data devices, but try to use wifi and Nothing. Happens on Android phones, iPhone, Xbox ps5. I'll try the reset. Thanks

Any Armor or Parental Controls enabled?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Let us know how the reset goes.

Firmware v1.0.11.94
Modem is for Optimum Arris CM8200
Yes the NG router is connected

Did a reset, and netflix works now, but still not youtube

    Yes just did a FW update. Still faulty. It's been working flawlessly. Just happened yesterday. Nothing changed is why I can't figure out what happened.
