RAXE500 blocking netflix youtube

Had it connected for 8 months with no issues. Now can't access Netflix, YouTube from Xbox, iPhone, or Android. Not sure what to do.

Yes just did a FW update. Still faulty. It's been working flawlessly. Just happened yesterday. Nothing changed is why I can't figure out what happened.

Reset once more then setup from scratch. 

Power cycle the ISP modem off for one minute then back ON.

Check other devices for YT services.

    So, I setup my older Archer 6000x router, and it's doing same thing on all devices with YouTube and Netflix. It's not the router, so I'm thinking it's the modem. My speed is 1Gbps, and wifi normally runs around 700Mbps.

    Try a factory reset on the modem. 
    Contact the ISP and have them check there stuff all the way up to the modem. Let them know your seeing problems between two different routers being connected to this modem.

    I took the modem back to my ISP provider and got a new one. Hooked it up, and everything is working fine. Not sure exactly what the problems was, but swapping the modem solved it. Thanks to everyone for helping.
