RAXE500 Firmware Version V1.0.7.68_2.0.35
My internet keeps disconnecting with no reason as to why it keeps disconnecting but it reconnects within a couple of minutes.
It happens everyday at least 2 times a day. All devices get disconnected. I am connected to a Motorola MB8600 and I have a Netgear x500 that was previously connected and this issued never happened.
Are you using wan port aggregation?
Or using the 2.5gig port for wan?
I am not using the multig gig port nor am I using WAN Agg. It just goes out randomly everyday with no reason.
Did it happen on the earlier firmware?
Is this a new purchase?
- No this did not occur on the previous firmware. Yes this is a new purchase. The new firmware came out a few days ago and the Nighthawk automatically updated the firmware. Since this update the internet disconnects with no reason why and reconnects (normally within a minute or so)
