What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What CAT# LAN cable are you using? I recommend using CAT6A STP cable when connected to the 2.5Gb port.

Swapped over the connection to the regular LAN port and nothing blinks other than the port LEDs for ports 1 to 4. So I dont know what the problem is.
The manual says that the internet LED, wireless LEDs and port LEDs will blink but they are all static.

strykerzr350 - I have a RAXE500. Only ports 1-5 blink. The others are static. I believe that has always been the case regardless of my firmware version. Maybe the manual is wrong?
Thanks,
Mitch

I am running the current firmware and the manual must have taken information from older routers. Netgear should fix this as you need to know if someone is using wifi in your house.
Not really sure if firmware or hardware is a limiting factor.
