RAXE500 Scheduled Reboots & DDNS

I own a RAXE500 Router with the V1.0.10.82_2.0.39 Firmware.  I'm having issues were network access performance and logging into the Router admin GUI seem to start failing after 3 to 4 weeks of operation.  This is a brand new purchase, so I do not have any previous firmware versions to compare it to.   The issue is usually resolved by a hard reboot (Pulling the Power) of the router.

I am wondering if doing scheduled reboots via a script, or external API is possible?  Also were can we submit an enhancement request to have this VERY useful feature added to this High end appliance?

On a similar note, I'd also like to request that there be additional DDNS providers be added, or provide a way for the end user to add their own.
