RAXE500 stops transmitting 2.4GHz and 5GHz
Has anyone else experienced where the 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels just stop transmitting? But the 6GHz band/channel is fine. The indicator lights on the device itself say that all three are transmitting...

The indicator lights on the device itself say that all three are transmitting but when I check with a Wifi Analysis tool only the one (6 GHz) is transmitting (and obviously my family is complaining that the Internet dropped as most devices are on 2.4/5).
I have also experienced a decrease in range lately that I can't explain due to Wifi channel interference or anything else. I've only had this thing for a few months and during that time it has been rock solid (despite there being a silly/annoying UI bug).
Is there some way I can run diagnostics on the antennas?
