Which one?
To paraphrase what plemans says, unmanaged = dumb.
No controls or things you can tweak. They just pass on the traffic. Routers don't care about them.

Correction your right it is a managed switch. It is TP-SG108E 8-port.
Keep in mind I can get it to recognize on the r7000 router but not the raxe500.

You might check on the tplink forums to see if it has any special features/functions that need to be disabled.

You changed the routers. You may need to change the settings on the switch.
These are not dumb devices that you can plonk in and out willy nilly.
Look at the switch and the router settings for inconsistencies.
Better still, follow the advice from plemans and talk to the people who made you switch and dropped you in this mire.
You might also want to check if you need a managed switch if it causes grief. On most networks an unmanaged switch fills the bill. Keep it simple is always a good policy.

Thanks for the advice it is just super weird that it works with a R7000 but not a RAXe500. Thank you again.
