Yes however be aware that the RAX200 only has 1 Multi Gig Port, all the other ports are 1Gb. The one mutli gig port can be configured for only the WAN side or the LAN side. So only one device can be connected here.
To get 2.5Gb connection rates from the WAN to LAN, you'll need a different router. The only NG router that supports multi gig ports on the WAN and LAN currently is Orbi 960 series systems.
Does that just mean that the 2.5 Gb port would be a dedicated WAN for the modem, but I can still use the other ethernets for other things like normal?
Yes, depending on what you choose to use it for, it can be connected only to the ISP modem or can be connected to a LAN side device. All other LAN ports are open for use.
