Try using other DNS besides ISP DNS, try Cloudfare or Quad9. After inputting and saving the configuration and apply, I'd do a full reboot of the ISP modem and router then try again on the phone.
I'm unsure if this is effecting android phones. However had a friend com over with an iPhone 15 pro and it did the same thing.
