goto https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RAX40.aspx#Firmware%20Version%201.0.3.64

download 1.0.3.64 zip file

unzip it

open router's webinterface >>> Advanced >Administration -> Router Update

browse to location of unzip files and select the binary image and Upload it
