Re: No internet access via 2.4ghz or ghz6 bands with RAXE300

Hello,

My router is set up to allow access to 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands. However, multiple times a day, my 2.4GHz devices become unresponsive. While the 5GHz band works fine, the 2.4GHz and 6GHz bands show "connected without internet access" on my phone. Rebooting the router temporarily fixes the issue, but it recurs after 8-12 hours.

The closer you can configure your 2.4 GHz band to plain Jane basic Wi-Fi, the better your IoT devices will perform and stay connected.  Set the channel width to 20 MHz, with beam forming, Mu-MI-MO, smart connect, band steering, and etc. to disabled/off.
