RAX120 5G wifi suddenly missing
i am using RAX120 router, and already disable AX mode. Sometime the 5G wifi will suddenly disappear lost the connection but 2.4G still can see can connectable. Need to wait around 1mins like reboot...
The problem fixed when i upgraded to lastest firmware and reset the router.
Maybe you can try to reset the router after upgrade the firmware
Hi - I commented on a similar thread earlier... but can you confirm whether WiFi Smart Connect is enabled? This will only display a single SSID for both your 2.4 and 5ghz networks.
Under the "connected devices" GUI for the router it will show you which devices are connected to wired, 2.4, or 5ghz.
