Trying to update firmware & getting error, no matter what firmware version I use
I'm having the same issue with my RAX43v2, trying to update firmware & getting error, no matter what firware version I use. I've factory reset. Plugged directly in to LAN port. Currently running V1.1...
What error are you getting?
Are you extracting the firmware prior to uploading it? many just download it and then try to upload it to the router but it needs to be extracted.
Failure
The firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product.
I just extracted the .chk file from the zip file and attempted to upload from the link you sent, but this same error message happens no matter how I try to upload any version manually or if I try the check for firmware update, it goes through to text a new version and I tell it yes to update and then it says downloading and then just gives a short message firmware is invalid

Some users were able to downgrade to an older version and then upgrade to the latest one with success. I'd try that first.
