I bought the RAX54v2 two days ago, after the offline setup, I have the same issues with RAX54v2 once it is on the network. Someone found a workaround by clicking the "Retry button", login again, click "Retry", login again, click "Retry" After the third time, it will let you login to the admin screen.&nbsp; This workaround works for me.

As soon as it's on the network it no longer lets me in.

What retry button? There is no button in the access denied page

I never get to an option to log into netgear... it goes straight to the access denied page, do you have a screen shot of the page you see after entering the admin login details?&nbsp;

After I Enter the local Admin and password, the following screen shown&nbsp;Then I enter 192.168.1.1 again, the following screen shown&nbsp;I click "Try Again" and enter 192.168.1.1I click "try Again"&nbsp;After I enter two more times, the RAX54 config page comes up.&nbsp;Hope this help.
