ReadyCloud Registration Failed: Netgear RAX120

I am logged into my router and am at the location to register my router and USB device with Ready Cloud. I have a current netgear/readycloud account and password that works fine. I put my name and password into the requested locations and click register. It doesn't register and I get this message: "Registration failed. Please check your used name and password again." I have changed my password to a simple one with no icons. Doesn't work. Router is new. USB device accessed fine through network. Please assist.

    May you try changing your password to something simple such as Password123 to see if that helps.
