ReadySHARE inflating file to 1MB (RAX120)

When uploading a file to my ReadySHARE drive, it will inflate the file to 1,024 KB, resulting in a corrupted file. Looking in a hex editor, there is just blank data written to the end of the file. Attached below is a picture before and after uploading the image to my ReadySHARE.

    I have exactly same problem with MS Word documents. The file size is always shown as 1024kb and when I try top open the file again Word complains that the file has problems. I have tried with different flash drives with FAT32 and NTFS formatting. No luck.
