Do your many wifi clients support Wifi 6? Few do. Most IoT stuff doesn't even do 5 GHz.
Do not confuse Wifi 6 with 6 GHz. To be really on the bleeding edge, look for a 6 GHz router. But that will mean buying compatible wifi clients.

Why not? For someone seeking to manage a complicated Wifi network, that seems like an obvious path to travel.
