Router AX12 RAX200 not conecting to internet anymore
ello guys got this modem July 6 2020 on amazon!The router is working, I can access the router login.. make changes, but not connecting to the internet anymore! I have to get a new one to work again!...
I was having the same issue and no amount of factory resetting of the router or the CM2000 modem would fix it. I eventually went into the xFinity app and sent the modem a reboot signal from there. Once the modem came back online the router was able to aquire an IP address again and has been fine ever since.
Hey buddy the modem that I use is from spectrum! and there is no chance that I can go online to the modem admin to make it work!
So since them I had to rent a router from them!
It sucks! but thanks anyway to help me out!
