Router connection issues

My devices in the house can not connect to my router. At first my router would show up on my phone but said my password was incorrect. Now my router is not even showing up on my phone at all. Please help.

  • Which WiFi router model are you using?
    Also include the model of a device or WiFi adapter that is unable to see the WiFi network.

     

    Also check if the devices lose access to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. In addition to that, is the WiFi security set to WPA 2 or WPA 3.

  • You gave us next to nothing to go off other than devices aren't connecting to a router. 

    1. what router is it? 

    2. what modem/gateway is that router connected to? 

    3. what firmware is on the router? 

    4. Is this a new purchase or have you had it for a while and it stopped working? 

    If its new, you can contact support for free for the first 90 days. 

    To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.
