What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Does this happen with different browser with same site or different sites?
Does this happen across different PCs, laptops and mobile devices?
How is Ipv6 configured.
Try custom IPv6 DNS addresses?

The firmware version is V1.0.16.132_2.0.92
I have a Netgear Nighthawk CM1000v2
I only ever use high-quality cables, always CAT6
Regardless of browser it still does this
And I did say earlier it happens on all devices that are connected to the router, be it wifi or ethernet
I never changed the configurations, I don't really know anything about ipv6 but here's the settings it has:
Internet connection type ~ DHCP
User Class ~ none
Domain Name ~ none
IPv6 DNS Address ~ Get automatically from ISP
Router's IPv6 Address on LAN ~ Auto config
IPv6 Filtering ~ Secured
I'll try a custom IPv6

I would first try IPv6 disabled on the router.
Power OFF the ISP Modem and Router for 1 minute then back on.
If problem is still happening, factory reset and setup from scratch. A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

Or use the ERASE button on the routers web page to factory reset the router:

IPv6 was off by default. Turning it on the first time was the only time I was able to access the site normally and it was temporary. I only got a week or two of access though. Still, I tried disabling, nothing. Turned it back on, nothing. I also tried doing Google's public IPv6 DNS and that didn't work
I did a factory reset where I unplugged the adapters for a half hour. I've already done literally everything in your post and even put that in the op. I imagine doing it a second time will do nothing but frustrate me more since I've had to relog EVERYTHING back into the wifi after making sure I cleared their connections first. Not doing it again
Status is goodlogs literally doesn't log anything when I try to access the website, I have looked before. Just posts some things about random dos attacks every so often. It's currently blank though even after attempting to reach the site repeatedly

So if you power OFF the cable modem, disconnect the RAX router, connect one wired PC to the back of the modem and power it ON, can you access this one site then?
