That's what happens when you come across a boilerplate jockey.
Having said that, it is hard to see how the router itself can throw up the symptoms toy describe especially when it comes total of "styles" and when just one site that has a problem. Routers don't discriminate against sites. That is more likely to be down to whatever you are using to access the site.
After a quick scan through this conversation I see that you have checked the router's logs for clues as to what is going on. I am puzzled by the statement "logs literally doesn't log anything when I try to access the website".
Does that means that the logs don't show any action at all, or is it just the 4chan site you are looking for? It should register when you are trying to access the graphical user interface (GUI). The "random dos attacks" are almost certainly the usual false positives .
I can't see an answer to the question "Does this happen across different PCs, laptops and mobile devices?"
