Router randomly disconnects
I just got this new Nighthawk RAX35 a few days ago and I noticed that it randomly disconnects about every 30 minutes. The first time I set up the router I used the app and once I realized it was disconnecting, I did a factory reset and tried doing the setup again, but this time on my computer. Both gave me the same result, constantly losing connection. When the router is running the way it should, everything works fine. Wifi/wired connections both work, browsing the web, downloads, everything works, but again, I'll lose connection about every 30 minutes.

What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
