Is this so that the TV can connect to the Internet? Or is it a Netflix password?
If the former, how is the TV connected to the router? Wifi? Wired (LAN)?
If it is wifi, can other devices connect to the wifi?

Which password is that? There are two on the router's label. One is for the wifi, the other is for the browser graphical user interface for your router. Maybe someone changed these.
