Set up
I just entered the set up part of the Netgear for this Router and I entered the wrong name of my internet. I cannot back up, it will not let me go forward or change what I entered wrong. I thought I had to make a new name for this set up not use my old router name. Now I am stuck. If I cannot get someone to assist me I will return this to SAMS store tomorrow. There is no phone number, no owners book and I cannot find any assistance with this.

get a paper clip and look for the small reset hole on the rear of the router. Simply insert clip into reset hole and hold for 30 seconds to reset router then go through the setup insuring you enter the correct information and that should get you up and running again.
