Setting up two WAPs (RAX35s) on an RAX50

"Always fail" is a bit thin on diagnostic detail. Anything more that you can tell us? What happened? Any errors?
Can you get the second on to work on its own? That would rule out a defective device.
You are trying to use two RAX35 routers as Access Points wired to your RAX50?
How about plugging RAX35 no 2 into RAX35 no 1, daisychain style?

Answer:Yes the second one works fine, and has worked as an access point at a previous apartment in the past, this is the first time setting up two at once on one router (just purchased a home)

Answer: Yes precisely, and I ruled out the network cable as a point of failure
How about plugging RAX35 no 2 into RAX35 no 1, daisychain style?
Answer: actually yes I did try that and got the same problem. That problem being after the router (wireless access point) settings are entered and it resets it cannot connect to the internet. The led is yellow instead of green which in my experience means the internet is inaccessible to the device. The only indication I get is a message about the IP address when I set up the settings and I just select okay. Not sure if there’s an issue with that
