Should I use 2.4 or 5GHz in WIFI 6?
Should I use 2.4 or 5GHz in WIFI 6 for streaming?
In WIFI 5 I need to use 5Ghz to have a more reable connection on my lives streams but in WIFI 6 I am not sure if this matters, can anyone help me?

5 GHz is always the better choice as it can supply a much higher bandwidth over the 2.4 GHz band. However, a good 2.4 GHz coverage can be sufficient. Not much of a difference to WiFi 5 by the way.
