How do I get rid of these? Not sure if they're weakening my signal

those other people's routers broadcasting.

If you want to get rid of them, you'd need to move to an area where there aren't any people with wifi networks.

Or sneak into their homes and disable/break/steal their routers. probably not an ideal solution as you could get shot/arrest/prosecuted :)
