Site to Site VPN to Azure with Nighthawk RAX42

Hi, I'd like to create a site to site VPN tunnel to Microsoft Azure but I'm not sure how to do this, there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to create an IPSec tunnel.  Is this router capable of doin...

Hi, I know how to configure Azure, but the Nighthawk has to be configured as the other end of the tunnel and I don't see anywhere to configure IPSec, I don't know if my model supports this.
