Slow Download speeds on RXA20-100NAS

 I just got my router and my downloads are 172mbps.  They should be over 350mbps. Any ideas whats wrong?

    What modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    What firmware is on the router? 

    are you testing over wired or wireless? Make sure to test it wired to ensure it isn't a wireless issue. 

    What website are you using for testing?
