You needed a BIOS update? Do you mean firmware for the router, an iOS update, or something elsewhere? What firmware are you running? I am on V1.0.2.76_1.0.35
Can you also let me know:
- what channel you selected?
- Do you have AX on or off?
- Do you use QoS?
- did you enable IPv6?
- are you in 5GHz 4800Mbps, 2400Mbps, or 1200Mbps mode?

I have a Dell Desktop, after going to their website, I ran a system check and it shown that my BIOS was out of date, I downloaded and installed it.
What firmware are you running? I am on V1.0.2.76_1.0.35
I am also on Firmware Version V1.0.2.76_1.0.35
Can you also let me know:
- what channel you selected? On 2.4Ghz, I am on Channel 11 and on 5G I am on Channel 161
- Do you have AX on or off? ON

also, in Advanced>Wireless Settings for both 2.4 and 5G, I have...
Fragmentation Length 2300
CTS/RTS Threshold 2301
and in ADVANCED > Setup > WAN Setup...
In the MTU Size field, I entered a value of 1472
as suggested by support.
Don't forget to Power Cycle..
>> remove the router from the main power supply.
