Slow speeds Nighthawk® 8-Stream Dual-Band WiFi 6 Router no where near what it's claimed.

I'm thinking Netgear should consider changing the name of "Nighthawk" to "Nightmare"! What you think? I have a Nighthawk® 8-Stream Dual-Band WiFi 6 Router That get's nowhere near what is claimed...
