It doesn't happen on all my WIFI connected devices but several different types and brands of devices will keep saying the WIFI password is incorrect when it is correct. Is this a problem with the router or the devices themelves ?
The router Wi-Fi radios transmit the signal and the IoT devices connect to the signal. When some devices connect OK and others do not, look at the devices that do not.
Sometimes the passwords that are accepted by the router are too complex for the IoT devices.
Make sure there are no spaces or special characters in either the SSID or password.

Old router and new router can handle password verification differently and there could have been a firmware update on your camera. Even if the routers are the same brand, the newer firmware can handle password requirements in a different manner.
