Ssid, Nighthawk mk63-100NAS
I just replaced my old NETGEAR router with the Nighthawk MK63. i used the same SSID and PW as my existing one. i followed the Quick Start Guide. My IPads, iPhones, watch, old laptop (15 devices)...
Check which wireless chip is in the laptop. Most users rely on windows update to update drivers and they rarely get updated.
Many of intels chips haven't gotten the updated driver. They don't see the wireless AX.
Figure out what chip it is and go to that manufacturer's website and get the driver directly from there.
