Starlink & AX1800 WiFi 6 Router
I cannot get my new AX1800 router to connect to the internet through Starlink. I have plugged and unplugged it all. Still no internet. Any suggestions before I return the router? Thanks for your help...

Thanks for your help. I got it to work by bypassing the Starlink Router. LOL - this is not for the inexperienced and faint-hearted! 🙂

Don't use the app. go through the browser setup method.
using the browser you can put it in access point mode

Either way glad you got it working!
Starlink does make it a bit of challenge as they're wanting to control the whole process.
You might mark it solved so others aren't trying to fix it still.
- EricglanzJul 16, 2022AspirantHow did you end up setting this up? I’m running into the same issue. I’ve set mine up so that the Gen 2 Starlink goes directly into the Ethernet port on the back of the main AX1800 router. When I’m testing speeds I’m only getting about 10mbps of download l, which what my prior speed was so I don’t think it’s working properly. Stand-alone the Starlink router was over 100+

I ended up returning it...nothing I tried would make it work.
I am now using a TP-Link router and it's working fine for what I needed.
