Static Shicks
I have recently set up my AX8 and every time I go near the metal mesh at the centre of the router I am getting a static electric shock which causes the router to turn itself off.
I think I should be returning it to the seller because this can’t be normal.
Does anyone else have the same issue.

This may sound like a hardware issue with that particular router and I would recommend going back to the place of purchase or get in contact with our support team using the link below.
