Not the neighbors! I have this exact same issue and live in a remote area where there are no other routers within range. How could So many people have their SSID's all renamed "Bernie_"" it Has to be a firmware flaw.
Agree however the issue happens now and people long time ago have the problem so yes its in the firmware but no its not a current firmware issue.
Its ongoing., luckily after some chat support through the app I was guided to adjust some modem settings and BERNIE has not been back for 2 weeks.
