But when I try to log into the new router when its connected to the Internet via a browser(Chrome,Edge), I get this message "Access to the requested page has been denied" after I enter the login information. The URL changes to https://accounts-qa.netgear.com/error?redirectUrl=http:%2F%2F*(new router IP)%2Fgenie_redirect_SSO.htm&serial_num=(Old router). If I disconnect the new router from the Internet I can log in with no issues using the IP address. I deleted cookies and such with ZERO success when the router is connected to the Internet. SO where is this https://accounts-qa.netgear.com? What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated and TIA!!
