Trying to update firmware & getting error, no matter what firmware version I use

Question

I'm having the same issue with my RAX43v2, trying to update firmware & getting error, no matter what firware version I use. I've factory reset. Plugged directly in to LAN port. Currently running V1.1.3.18_2.1.14. Where you able to figure out this issue?

Have you tried downloading the most recent firmware from the Netgear support site and doing a 'manual' firmware update?https://kb.netgear.com/000070874/
