Unable to connect to readyshare usb drive on RAX50

I connected a USB drive to the RAX50 and was able to view the Readyshare USB drive in file explorer on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit PC.  Not sure what happened, but now I cannot see it in Readyshare, but only able to read only by logging into the router itself.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  I tried to reboot the router too.  Thanks.

    Curious to know if using a different USB produces the same results.

      Same USB drive. It works now. Odd that I had to reboot the router and still wasn’t working but one day when I started my PC it started to work again.
