Unable to login to NetGear Night Hawk RAX 30-100NAS AX2400
I have a Net Gear Night Hawk RAX 30-100NAS ( AX2400) Router.

When I login to change my security questions I put in my answer ex: Question 1. City born and I put say Dallas then I put in my Question 2 answer I get does not match. I have tried everything I can think of. I have put in my answers in lowercase dallas as well as Dallas same with my second answer to second question and get same thing. How can I get pass this???? I have tried everything I can think of, nothing works. Any help would be appreciated.

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using a PC and web browser:

Be sure to clear all browser caches.
Try a different browser, MS Edge or Firefox.
