Unable to login to the web interface of my Nighthawk

Any updates on this? I spent way too much money on both the RAX50v2 and Nighthawk CM2000 to be doing a factory reset any time I wan to access my admin page. 

 

I have the same behavior that when I unplug the router from the modem, I can access the routers admin page, but only for a couple of minutes. This is a ridiculous product experience.

    Updates on what? Your message does not seem to follow on from anything.

     

    Then the usual boilerplate questions to eliminate some of the more common issues that crop up here.

    What firmware version do you have on the device?

    A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware with an app or in the browser interface.
