Unable to sign into netgear account for router config
New AX5400. When I go to the IP address of the router and complete the admin credentials, I'm prompted to (unnecessarily, by the way) log into my Netgear account. Every time I attempt to, I get a me...

Ok seems to have been introduced with this version of FW. We've made NG aware of this. No idea if or when next FW will be forth coming with a fix. Only way I found to get around that was factory reset and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser:

I have set it up with a wired computer, and it it working, but in order to access the setup for any tweaks I have to disconnect the internet connection. I can't even check for FW updates because as soon as I plug the internet back in and click on anything, it forces the netgear account login which fails consistently.
I appreciate your responses. It's just a frustrating situation and has certainly soured my opinion of Netgear...

Might downgrade the FW back to older version of FW.
if this is still happening, you'll need to make contact with NG support and let them know what's happening, even after a factory reset and setup from scratch.
