Unable to upgrade RAX50 firmware
Unable to upgrade RAX50 firmware from version 1.0.12.120 to version 1.0.16.132 Please see attached error message!
Try updating using a wired PC and web browser?

- Hi - thanks for your response. Following the manual update process did not help! I am still getting “update error” with iOS app and with my laptop using router login.net the update finishes with the reboot, but the firmware version does not change. I am attempting to upgrade from version 1.0.12.120 to version 1.0.16.132.
What browser are you using on the laptop? Try MS Edge or Firefox?
Might try a factory reset with the router disconnected from the ISP modem or ONT. Get thru the setup wizard, then go in and load the FW file.
Be sure you are unpacking the FW file from the .zip file first.
