No. You'll need to set up the new router from scratch.
However you can use same SSID name and password from the older router for the new router. Once that is set, you wifi devices should auto connect fine.
Try WPA2 and AES Only at first, then try mixed WPA2 and WPA3. Some older device may not connect if WPA3 is present.
