Upnp issues
I just recently switched my internet provider to connext fiber. Everything in my house is working fine but when my son tries to use his Xbox it’s getting a upnp not available and throwing strict NAT ...

The first thing to try when you change ISPs is to get the router to work with the settings for the new service.
A couple of options come to mind.
First take your RAX120 through the Internet setup wizard so that it replaces the old settings.
If that fails, reset the router and set it up from scratch.
