URGENT: Network connect drops randomly

Ever since I updated my network to a CM1150V modem and a RAX120 router I my connections on my computers drops during a web page load or a file download or application update. I am struggling to determine where the issue lies. 

 

I am ready to dump all this Netgear hardware and go somewhere else.

 

I would appreciate and insight or ideas.

    The firmware for the rax is poor and netgear don't seem to be taking issue on board are you on 1.0.2.16 if so drop back .1.0.2.136 do pin hole reset and try setup from new it doesn't fix all issues but its alot better. If not and can send it back I would get a asus.
