USB 4G/5G backup internet from dongle with rax70 ?
is it possible to use a usb 4g dongle as a backup internet source via the usb in the rax70 ?

No. Page 123 of the User Manual is specific about what can be attached to the USB port:
https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RAX70/RAX70_RAX78_UM_EN.pdf
Notice this RAX does not even support attaching a shared printer to the USB port.
