USB access via access point

Dear,

I am using a Netgear RAX43 WIFI router and a Netgear WAX202 accesspoint connected with an ethernet cable.

Further I have a WD elements external hard disk connected to the RAX43 USB port but I don't manage to access the USB storage for devices connected via  WIFI to the WAX202. 

Previously I had a TP link access point connected to the same RAX43 and then I could acces its USB without any problem.

Is there a specific setting in the WAX202 to enable access to the  RAX43 USB port?
